Delivery terms

What the rate covers, how long each mode takes, which cargo we accept and which documents we prepare before dispatch.

What the rate includes

Every quote is door-to-door unless we agree otherwise in writing. No surprise line items after dispatch.

Warehouse receiving

Goods from Taobao, 1688, Alibaba and any Chinese supplier are received at our Guangzhou warehouse free for 30 days.

Inspection & repacking

We check quantity and condition on arrival, remove excess packaging, reinforce cartons and consolidate several orders into one shipment.

Export documents

Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and export declaration are prepared by our team and shared with you before dispatch.

Customs clearance

Import clearance is arranged on the route. We agree the customs value in advance and warn you about duties and taxes before shipping.

Main freight

Air, road, rail or sea — the exact route and carrier are confirmed in writing together with the transit time.

Door delivery

Courier or truck to the door in the destination city, or pickup at the arrival warehouse if that is cheaper for you.

Transit times by mode

Times are counted from the departure of the consolidated batch, not from the day the goods reach our warehouse.

Cargo requirements

  • Minimum chargeable weight is 50 kg per shipment. Smaller batches can be sent as samples — ask your manager.
  • One place up to 120 × 80 × 80 cm. Heavier or oversized places are palletized and quoted separately.
  • Cartons must be sealed with reinforced tape; fragile goods need foam protection and handling marks.
  • Batteries, liquids, powders and magnets require written confirmation before dispatch.
  • Each carton needs a label with the consignee name, destination city and shipment number.

What we cannot ship

  • Weapons, ammunition and their parts
  • Narcotics and psychotropic substances
  • Counterfeit branded goods
  • Cash, securities and precious metals
  • Radioactive and explosive materials
  • Perishable food without veterinary permits

Documents we prepare

  • Commercial invoice with HS codes
  • Packing list with places and weights
  • Certificate of origin (Form A or general)
  • Import declaration and agreed customs value
  • Conformity certificates when required (CE, EAC, SASO)

Delivery questions

Is door delivery always included?

Yes — the rate covers delivery to the door within the destination city. Remote areas and small towns are quoted separately, and you always see that difference before the shipment is booked.

Who pays customs duties and taxes?

Duties and import taxes are paid by the consignee unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. We calculate the expected amount in advance and include it in the quote so nothing appears at the last moment.

Can I ship less than 50 kg?

Yes, as a sample shipment. Air is normally the only reasonable option at that weight — send the details and your manager will confirm the cost and the transit time.

What if the cargo arrives damaged?

Report it at delivery, photograph the place and the goods, and send the photos to your manager within 3 days. We open a claim with the carrier, and insured cargo is compensated according to the policy.
