Payment reaches us in 1–3 banking days

Payment schedule
The standard split for new clients. Regular shippers work on contract terms with deferred payment.
30% deposit
Books space on the chosen route and starts consolidation at the Guangzhou warehouse. The deposit is deducted from the final invoice.
Balance before dispatch
After consolidation we weigh and measure the cargo, confirm the final rate and send the balance invoice. Goods leave once it is settled.
Documents after payment
Original bill of lading, certificate of origin and the full document set are released only after the invoice is paid in full.
Money details
Currency and exchange rate
Invoices are issued in USD, EUR or CNY. The rate is fixed on the invoice date and does not change after payment is confirmed.
Invoices and documents
Every invoice includes our company details, HS codes, Incoterms and the shipment number, so your accounting can match it to the cargo.
Duties and import taxes
Customs duties and import VAT are paid by the consignee unless agreed otherwise in writing. We calculate the expected amount before dispatch.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation before dispatch returns the deposit minus actual warehouse costs. After dispatch, freight already paid is non-refundable.
Need an invoice or a payment confirmation?
Send the shipment number and we will prepare the invoice the same day.
Payment questions
Can I pay in my local currency?
Invoices are issued in USD, EUR or CNY. Your bank converts the amount at its own rate, and we confirm the exact amount received so the balance is always clear.
How long is a quoted rate valid?
Rates are fixed for 7 days from the moment the quote is sent. After that the carrier tariff may change, so we re-confirm the price before booking.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The quote covers warehouse handling, documents and freight to the agreed door. Only duties and import taxes are additional, and we always calculate them in advance.
Do you offer deferred payment?
Yes, for regular shippers after the first three shipments. The terms are fixed in the contract with your manager — typically payment within 15 days after delivery.
